On November 24th, Penketh Gymnastics Club hosted our much-loved Vault Into Christmas competition, and it was truly a day to remember! From incredible performances to joyful celebrations, we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who participated and made this event so special.
This year, we had gymnasts ranging from reception age up to 18 years old, with participants spanning every level of experience. Whether they attend just one hour a week or train up to 9 hours as part of our squad program, every gymnast brought their A-game, showcasing their skills and embodying the values of #TeamPenketh.
✨ A Special Highlight: GymFusion Display Squad
For those lucky enough to be in Round 3 of the competition, there was a special treat: a performance by our incredible GymFusion Display Squad! They performed their current routine to an enthusiastic crowd, spreading festive cheer and inspiration. If you missed it, don’t worry—the video is now available to watch in our Facebook group.
✨ Introducing Our Ex-Gymnast ‘Die Hards’
This year also marked an exciting first for us at Vault Into Christmas: the debut of our ex-gymnasts set, the ‘Die Hards’! Featuring former gymnasts who are now some of our coaches and young leaders, this routine was a fantastic way to celebrate their ongoing love for the sport. Their performance was a huge success, and it was wonderful to see them back on the mats, inspiring gymnasts of all ages.

We want to say a massive thank you to all the families and supporters who came to help set up the gym, helped on the day and those cheer on our gymnasts—you created such an amazing atmosphere! We hope you loved the routines as much as we did and enjoyed the festive vibe throughout the day.

Vault Into Christmas has become a wonderful way to wrap up the year at Penketh Gymnastics Club, and this year’s event was no exception. From the youngest participants to the Die Hards, every performance showed the dedication, skill, and community spirit that makes our club so special.
