Love Admin/ Join In
We have finally moved across to V2 of LoveAdmin which on the parents side is a new site called JoinIn. You should have received an invite to activate your account with them. If you haven’t, please check your junk mail. We are aware with some issues to some accounts where the payment for fees this month has not processed and you are unable to click Pay Here as receive an error code. We are investing this and will send out information on how to resolve asap. Apologies for the confusion and please bare with us while we get it resolved. If you have any questions about anything regarding the new system, please email Catherine on admin@penkethgymnastics.co.uk. She is working her way through the backlog from the move but will get back to you when she can.
Summer Display
Our Summer Display 2024 is taking place on 7th July. You should have received an email from Catherine about extra spectator tickets and what children should wear. Extra spectator tickets will be on sale until 9am on Friday 5th July. We will post after this on social media about any leftover spectator tickets. We can’t wait for the gymnasts to show you what they have been working on!
Summer Holidays
We are just going to cancel one day over the summer, Wednesday 21st August. Apart from that we will be running as normal throughout the holidays. Please let us know if your child is going to miss classes, especially if it’s 3 or more in a row. We have a wide range of holiday clubs on offer. We are in the process of setting them up on the system and then we will let you know when booking opens in the next week. We are also going to set some summer challenges that all levels are welcome to take part in. Anyone completing the challenges will receive a certificate and prize. Look out on our social media for updates about summer holiday clubs and the summer challenge.
Welfare Officers

Award Scheme Assessment Week
We have had a club award scheme in place for a while now. The award scheme starts at level 1 and children can work their way up to level 10. We have had a small reshuffle of some of the groups so children are with the same coach every time and know what they are working towards. As part of this, we are going to do an award scheme assessment week on week beginning 15th July. All children in our recreational classes will be assessed to see if they are ready to move onto the next level. They will receive a slip if they pass their level. We are working on the development programme part of LoveAdmin so you can see what skills are required for each level and if your child is struggling with anything. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.
Parents staying
Parents are allowed to stay for our classes. However, we find that children settle better if parents go upstairs to the parents room so the children can be more independent. We understand if one parent would like to stay for their child’s first class or if they want to be reassured their child is coping in the class. However, we recommend there is only one adult and you leave for the middle part of the lesson if you can. We will always come and get you if your child is not happy. Please do not stay for the whole lesson with more than one adult and/or other children.
