Summer Display 2024

It’s that time of year again! Booking for our Annual Summer Display is now open. Please read on to find out all the details including timings for the day and how to book!

The display is on Sunday 7th July and each class, plus our squads, will be doing a gymnastics display to music. Our theme this year is DISCO!

Entry to the show costs £12.00 and includes 1 SPECTATOR TICKET. 

Where possible additional spectator tickets will be put on sale after the closing date. These will be limited per show depending on the number of gymnasts entered and will be limited to ONE additional ticket per gymnast, sold on a first come first served basis.  

Entries close on 9th June. After this time, we will be unable to accept late entries. No exceptions.  

Below is the programme for this years Summer Display. We will have 4 shows throughout the day. Each class and each squad will do one display in one of the four shows. Only the shows which are applicable to your child will be visible for you to enter your gymnast (i.e. Monday classes are all in Show 1, if your child comes on a Monday, you will only be able to book onto Show 1) 

You can enter your gymnast into the display via your LoveAdmin account. After logging in on the browser you will see it available to book as an option under the ‘Payments/Extras’ tab. Please avoid using the app, it is being phased out and often glitches/fails to process properly. Payment will be taken automatically for all who have a direct debit/pre-authorisation set up. 

If you child attends more than one rec class, please only enter them into one show and email Catherine at admin@penkethgymnastics.co.uk, we will then manually add them to the others. You only need to pay to enter once.  

It is important to note that as they are group displays we do need a minimum of 5 from each class/3 from each squad to sign up so we really would love as many gymnasts as possible to book on.
