Easter weekend closure – gym will be closed on Easter Monday (1st April)
‘Paris Comes to Penketh’ competition
Our competition is taking place on 20/21 April. You should have had the email with all information but if you have any further questions, please let us know. We have a sign up sheet in the gym for help we need for each day/round. Please put your name down if you can help with any of these jobs;

Decorating the gym on the evening of Friday 19th April
The sign up list is on the front desk. You can also ask any questions if you want more information about any of those jobs. If your child would like to help out in any rounds when they are not competing, please let me know.
Holiday clubs
We have a few holiday clubs over the Easter holidays. They are;
Monday 8th April – 3-4pm – competition practise
Tuesdays 2nd and 9th April – 1-2.30pm – award scheme, 2.30-4pm – competition practice
Thursday 11th April – 10am-3.30pm – award scheme, fun and games, apparatus work and floor skills covered in the day. Lunch is 12.30-1pm. Children can also just attend the morning (10am-12.30pm) or afternoon (1-3.30pm) sessions.
You can find out more here. Booking is open via LoveAdmin (in ‘courses’) but will close a week before each class. Please look at our posters in the gym and on social media for more information.
National Grades competitions
Well done to Sophie, Jess and Violet, who all achieved ‘working above’ in their NW Prep 3 grades on 23rd March. This was a very high level competition and a new competition for us. Congratulations to gymnasts and coaches for this huge achievement.
New coaches
Congratulations to our newly qualified level 1 coaches, Lily, Jessie, Fleur, Chloe F, Chloe N and Ellie! You will be able to see their pictures and info on the board in the gym and on the website soon.
