British Gymnastics Membership

British Gymnastics membership expires at the end of September. Please make sure you have renewed your child’s membership or go to www.british-gymnastics.org before your child’s next class to renew their membership. This is essential for insurance and your child will not be able to participate in our classes without membership.

‘Vault into Christmas’ competition

We are very excited to be holding another competition at our club on 26th November. This is a floor and vault competition, so not for our 4-piece squad gymnasts, but all our recreational and 2-piece gymnasts can take part. Entries open on 7th October via LoveAdmin and close on 4th November. You can enter your gymnast into the competition via your LoveAdmin account. After logging in on the browser you will see it available to book as an option under the payments tab. If using the Love Admin app you will see it under ‘Courses’. You will need to select the gymnast to enter and then confirm their details. Payment will be taken automatically for all who have a direct debit/pre-authorisation set up. We will let you know what time your child needs to be there a few weeks before. Children do not need a club leotard but we have plenty in stock if you would like them to have one for the competition. We also have some club boys leotards in stock. All children taking part will receive a participation medal and we will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals for floor and vault for each group. The routines are suitable for all ages and levels from reception up to our squad levels. We hope as many of our gymnasts as possible will take part.

October Holiday Clubs

We have a few holiday clubs over half term. They are;

Monday 30th October – 10am-3.30pm – award scheme, fun and games, apparatus work and floor skills covered in the day. Lunch is 12.30-1pm

Tuesday 31st October – 1-4pm – Halloween fun session – fun and games with a spooky theme, fancy dress optional

Friday 3rd November – family fun sessions – 10-11am – preschool and siblings up to age 8, 11am-12noon – primary school age children and their grown ups

Booking is now open via LoveAdmin (in ‘courses’). Please see our posters in the gym and on social media for more information.

Tracksuits

The online shop for our new style tracksuits and club shorts will be open again from 9th to 22nd October. Once orders are placed, they will take approximately 7 weeks to arrive as they are made to order. When the shop goes live you will be able to purchase here.

Delivery is estimated to be by 15th December, so perfect for Christmas presents. For this reason, please check sizing carefully.
