Vault into Christmas Competition
We are very excited about our ‘Vault into Christmas’ competition at our club on 26th November. Entries close on 4th November so you only have a few days left if you haven’t already entered. You can enter your gymnast into the competition via your LoveAdmin account. After logging in on the browser you will see it available to book as an option under the payments tab. If using the Love Admin app you will see it under ‘Courses’. You will need to select the gymnast to enter and then confirm their details. Payment will be taken automatically for all who have a direct debit/pre-authorisation set up. We will start sorting out groups and times as soon as the closing date has passed so we cannot accept any late entries. Children do not need a club leotard but we have plenty in stock if you would like them to have one for the competition. We also have some club boys leotards in stock. All children taking part will receive a participation medal and we will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals for floor and vault for each group. The routines are suitable for all ages and levels from reception up to our squad levels. Please ask your child’s coach if you aren’t sure which set they are doing. We hope as many of our gymnasts as possible will take part. Please let me know if you can help with decorating the gym on 25th or in the kitchen on the day.
British Gymnastics Membership
British Gymnastics membership has now expired. We have a few people who have not yet renewed so will not be insured. If anyone who has not renewed their membership comes in for their class, they will not be able to join in.
Newly qualified coaches
We are very lucky to have 3 new level 1 coaches. Congratulations to Sarah Jane, Tilly and Jess, who have all passed their level 1 exam in the past month. Well done all! We also have 5 young leaders booked onto level 1 courses in December.
Christmas party
We are very excited that we are running another Christmas party this year. The party is taking place at Penketh Conservative Club on Meeting Lane in Penketh on 10th December, 1-4pm. There are only a few tickets remaining so please log in to LoveAdmin and get your child’s ticket (under ‘events’). Children must be accompanied by an adult, but adults do not need a ticket. Each child will also receive a gift at the party. Babies who are too young for a gift do not need a ticket. We are asking everyone to bring a plate of food. The food list will be on the front on the front desk from 13th November for people to sign up for what they’re bringing. We will have several stalls at the party, including face painting, tom bola, colouring and tattoos, as well as entertainment and music from the DJ. Please bring cash for the stalls. We hope to see you all there!
